Autumn Leaves is a 60-minute practice inspired by the different ways a leaf meets autumn — moving with the breeze, yielding with the branch, and eventually finding its way towards the earth.
Each visit to Autumn Leaves may take a different path. You might experience Leaves on the Breeze, exploring movement, space and changing direction; Branches Yield, noticing the relationship between support and softening; or Falling to Earth, gradually allowing the practice to settle closer to the ground.
Each pathway offers a different way into the same landscape. Returning to Autumn Leaves doesn't necessarily mean repeating the same practice — another visit may reveal another path through it.
There is nothing you need to achieve and nowhere you need to arrive. Variations and choices are offered throughout, allowing you to participate in the practice that is available to you that day.
