A Different Centre Each Week
One week, our focus may be the neck and shoulders. Another, the back, hips, legs or whole body.
Each practice offers a different place to begin, exploring how movement in one area connects with the rest of the body.
You can join any class, whether it's your first Focus practice or you're returning to a familiar one. There's no sequence to follow and no need to have attended before.
Returning to Notice
When we return to a familiar area, what do you notice? Perhaps something feels different. Perhaps it feels much the same. Neither experience is better than the other.
There's no need to compare experiences or measure progress.
Practice of Noticing. Participation over Perfection.
Whatever you experience, there's no judgment.
